• Superior will provide NAMB with $5000 to deposit with Yahoo and / or Google advertising programs to the NAMB member that recruits the most new members each of the last three quarters of 2006 and first quarter of 2007 ($20,000 total).
  
• The campaign will be managed by Superior .
  
• The campaign will feature the winner's choice of targeting search engine mark eting at local or state level keyword searches, or both.
  
• Superior will wave the 20% advertising agency fee, $1000 value.
  
• Superior is recognized as a Yahoo Ambassador by Yahoo!, and a Google Adwords Professionals Partner by Google.
  
• Winner can accept cash value of $2500 in place of the prize.

Terms and conditions

• Superior will be recognized as the Sponsor for this program.
  
• NAMB will promote this contest monthly through all marketing channels and marketing materials throughout the last quarter of 2006 and first three quarters of 2007.
  
• NAMB will devote an Icon to the home page of www.NAMB.org linking to a page on www.NAMB.org that promotes the contest and a link to www.MortgageMarketingSpecialists.com for more information will be featured on the contest details page.
  
• Superior will promote this contest on sites that feature our service s and mark eting materials to our database and in any print campaigns executed throughout the last quarter of 2006 and first three quarters of 2007.
  
• Superior will promote this contest to new customers and add a link to www.NAMB.org on all "links" pages of our customers.
  
• Superior will recognize 1 (one) Grand prize winner, 1 (one) 1 st place winner, and 1 (one) 2 nd place winner per quarter in each of the last quarter of 2006 and first three quarters of 2007.
  
• In the event of a tie it will be NAMB's responsibility to determine which winner Superior needs to award the prize to.
  
• Superior Internet Solutions will provide said prizes listed above and all other responsibilities and liabilities will be assumed by NAMB including but not limited to; tracking of memberships sold by members of NAMB, tallying totals, communicating status of contest, abiding by State and Federal Sweepstakes rules and regulations.
  
• NAMB agrees to limit any and all liability, claim for damages, cost of defense, claim for loss of business, consequential damages or expense levied against NAMB on account of any design, error, omission, negligence, defect, failure to maintain service, or any other claim he or she may otherwise have against Superior Internet Solutions in a sum not to exceed the following:
  
• $20,000 in Yahoo or Google Advertising.
  
• $20,000 in Refinance Leads (at $40 per lead).

• All services offered by Superior Internet Solutions are to be used lawfully. This includes any federal, state, and local laws; as well as the rules of the acceptable use policies for the Internet as a whole. Superior Internet Solutions may not be held responsible, in anyway or for any reason, for damages suffered or revenues lost through the use of our service s or for loss of service due to network outages, regardless of cause (including but not limited to: Human error, hardware failure, software failure, or telephone company or ISP outages).
