The Beth & Kay Kelley Scholarship program offers resident tuition to certain college students. This scholarship was established by Kay Kelley to provide scholarship support for ASU students. To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you need to have at least a 2.5 grade point average based on the normal 4.0 scale. Also, only those students who are enrolled full-time and who are residents of the state of Arizona are eligible to apply.
