A) Superior will provide 100 Refinance Leads in real time at no cost to the winner. Winners will only be charged a fee if they choose to purchase additional leads and continue a business relationship with Superior Internet Solutions after the 100 original leads have been utilized. Leads will be delivered via email within minutes of the double verification process. Winner will be able to set state filters and daily desired volume. Winner will receive leads with a minimum loan amount of $75,000 and higher. Winner will need to accept pre-established credit filters set by Superior . The winner should expect to close at least 6 sales, on average, out of the 100 pack.
B) The Refinance Direct Mail Campaign includes use of a system that has been refined for 23 years. The client indicates the area that the mail needs to be dropped in by county. We pull records and send a pre-formatted direct mail piece targeting refinance loans that are 18 months seasoned, up to 90% LTV, at least $5,000 in high interest revolving debt organized by servicing company. Client should expect 1 loan per 1500 pieces sent, $4000 divided by $0.75 = 5333 pieces will be mailed as the prizes.
C) The Realtor Networking system will include: a real estate web site with advertising in Yahoo and Google to generate prospects that are interested in buying real estate in the city or state of the winner's choice. The real estate site is valued at $999.00, leaving $3001.00 in advertising to be deposited in the advertising account in the search engine of the client's choice to drive traffic at normal advertising rates established by the search engine at the time the account is opened. Superior will manage the campaign free of charge and waive the 20% management fee. In the event the client renews the campaign, Superior will begin collecting the management fee of 20% of the advertising spend.
D) The custom website prize will include the choice of the Smart Marketing Package, valued at $698 set-up and $99 a month (if the client chose this option they would not pay for monthly support for 2 years and 7 months), or up to 35 hours of custom design at $75 an hour of website design ($2625) and 14 months of free monthly support at $99 monthly ($1386).
E) Enterprise CRM and Lead Management Solution will include the entire feature set as packaged by Superior 's CRM partner (leadROI.net) valued at $500 set-up and $35 per loan officer per month.
F) If the winning member chooses the cash prize option ($2,000), Superior Internet Solutions will cut a check directly to the winning member. Yes.
